Where can the waste that accumulates on the stand be disposed of?
Waste disposal can be ordered via the Exhibitor Service Portal. The company Reinigungswerk Helms GmbH will be commissioned for this purpose.
On which day does assembly/dismantling begin/end?
Set-up begins on September 5 and must be completed by September 11 at 6:00 pm.
Dismantling begins on September 14 from 6:00 p.m., vehicles may only enter the site from 7:00 p.m. All stands must be dismantled by September 18 at 6:00 p.m. The dismantling of the tents and the restoration of the rental areas must be completed by September 20, 6:00 p.m.
Does my stand need a construction permit?
In the case of two-storey stands or special constructions, an inspection and acceptance by the local authorities is required in addition to the construction permit. The building application must be submitted to the technical exhibitor service of DLG Service GmbH at least 8 weeks before the start of construction.
Where can I get a construction permit?
The authorization must be sent by e-mail to techorga@dlg.org .
As an exhibitor, where can I collect my parking ticket?
The parking tickets are to be collected by each exhibitor from the container of the trade fair management.
Is the use of flying objects (drones) permitted?
The use of flying objects, e.g. drones, quadrocopters, etc., is generally not permitted in halls or on the outdoor exhibition grounds.
Exceptions require the prior inspection and written approval of DLG Service GmbH.
The following points must be observed:
- Flight ban during the event (exception: specials planned by DLG)
- Flight area only above or directly adjacent to your own stand area
- Maximum take-off weight = 25kg
- Minimum distance to groups of people = 30m
- EU certificate of competence A1/A3 (up to 500g), or EU remote pilot certificate A2 (from 500g); (must be able to be shown on request)
- Liability insurance (must be able to be shown on request)
- Flights must be reported to DSG no later than the day before (techorga@dlg.org)
The name of the person controlling the aircraft must be mentioned.
Ideally, copies of the “driver's licenses” and proof of insurance should be available in advance. It must be possible to provide all the documents of the piloting person by the time of the flight at the latest.
Can I drive onto the site by car?
It is strictly forbidden to drive on the site during the DLG-Waldtage. The DLG transport service must be used for deliveries.
Exhibitors with entry tickets may drive on the grounds at walking speed between 7:00 - 8:30 a.m. and 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. The maximum permitted speed is 20 km/h.
Where can I rent a forklift truck?
Forklift trucks can be hired from the forwarding company via the Exhibitor Service Portal.
Are barbecues allowed on the grounds/stand?
Yes, barbecues with gas or electric grills are permitted on the premises.
Where do I get my wood for the demonstrations?
The wood for the demonstrations can be ordered in the Exhibitor Service Portal.
Can I take my dog onto the grounds?
Yes, dogs are very welcome at the DLG-Waldtagen.
When can the grounds be entered?
For exhibitors: from Friday, September 12, to Sunday, September 14, 2025: 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
For visitors: from Friday, September 12, to Saturday, September 13, 2025: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Sunday, September 14, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Where can I park as an exhibitor?
There are appropriately signposted parking spaces for visitors and exhibitors near the exhibition grounds. Exhibitors can obtain parking permits from the DLG Exhibitor Service. Parking costs €5 for visitors on the day of the fair.
What are the Pop-Up Talks?
Pop-Up Talks sind kurze, praxisnahe, fachliche Beiträge die auf Ständen der Aussteller zu vorher festgelegten Zeiten „aufpoppen“. Dieses bietet den Besuchenden einen Mehrwehrt, welcher über eine reine Produkt- oder Firmenbewerbung hinaus geht und eine gewisse Fachlichkeit transportiert.

Is there a stand guard for my stand?
Yes, you can book these in the Exhibitor Service Portal. You will also find further information there.
Where do I have to register my stand parties?
A stand party must be registered via the Exhibitor Service Portal.
How long can my stand party last?
Stand parties are permitted from 6:00 - 10:00 p.m..
Where can I order a power connection for my stand?
A basic 230 V connection is already included in the registration fee.
A more powerful power connection can be requested via the Exhibitor Service Portal. You can order the power connection in the service orders under ‘Stand construction and equipment’.
Am I allowed to sell products on my stand?
Yes, own products may be sold during the fair. Food or drinks may not be sold for a fee.
How can I order visitor vouchers?
You can order vouchers via the Ticket Service Centre (TSC). You can access the TSC via the Exhibitor Service Portal under ‘Service orders’ > ‘Admission tickets and advertising material’ > ‘Invite visitors’.
What are Green Tickets/Vouchers?
With the Green Tickets we support the reforestation projects of WeReforest e.V. We pay the surcharge per ticket to the organisation, which corresponds to the average cost of planting a tree.
