Car parking spaces are available directly at the event site. As destination, please enter "navigation address" or please follow the signs on site.
The parking spaces for cars are directly at the exhibition grounds and cost 5 €.
On a special bus parking lot. The access to this car park will be signposted on site and will also be supported by traffic drivers.
No, DLG-Waldtage tickets do not authorise the use of public transport.
Yes, from Lichtenau (Westf.) there is a shuttle service to the DLG Waldtage event site. Further information on your arrival options can be found on our website under > Visits > arrival by train.

Ticket prices and ordering process
We strongly recommend that you purchase the tickets online in advance, as this will allow you to prepare your visit in the best possible way and to avoid higher ticket costs and long waiting times at the entrance.
A day ticket can be purchased in the online ticket shop for 14 €. A reduced day ticket for pupils/trainees, students, pensioners and people with severe disabilities costs 11 € in the online ticket shop. The prices and further information can be found on our website under > Visits > tickets.
No, tickets can not be ordered by telephone. Tickets are sold via our online ticket shop.

From the age of 13, children pay the reduced ticket price of 11€. The discounted tickets are also available via our online shop.
Children up to and including 12 years of age receive free admission. Please also buy a free ticket for your child in advance in our online shop. You can book this additionally and free of charge when registering / purchasing your own ticket. To do this, just provide your child's name and date of birth.
Pupils (from 13 years), trainees, students, pensioners and people with severe disabilities (from a degree of disability of 50%) pay a reduced day ticket price of 11 € in our online shop. Please note that discounts are only valid in conjunction with a valid student, pensioner or disability card, which must be presented at the entrance.
Yes. Group tickets from 10 (up to 50) people are also available in our online ticket shop. Please note the following:
Each visitor is obliged to register his own ticket. The registration for the ticket purchase is done in a few steps and serves to provide the e-ticket.
Yes, bus drivers get free entry to the event. Please come directly to the Service Point in the entrance. A driver's license is required as proof.
Yes, teachers who accompany groups of students also pay the group ticket price.
A maximum of 19 day tickets can be purchased per order. From 10 (to 50) tickets you can buy group tickets at a reduced price in our online ticket shop. Please note, however, that each ticket must be issued to the person who will use the ticket. Therefore, when purchasing a ticket for another person, you must provide the person's name and email address. After completing the purchase, the person will receive an email with a registration link to register and then receive their own ticket.

Ticket adjustments & insurance
No. Unfortunately, transfer of the ticket or a name change is not possible.
Unfortunately, tickets can no longer be cancelled after the 14-day objection period. By purchasing a ticket insurance policy from our partner Ergo Reiseversicherung you can cover cancellation costs caused by illness. We have taken out an admission ticket insurance policy for your benefit with ERGO Reiserversuchung AG as part of a group insurance contract. You can join this for only 1.49€, gross per person and ticket by taking out an admission ticket insurance policy. The insurance can only be taken out when ordering the ticket. Please select the option "ticket insurance" when booking. For details, please refer to the insurance conditions.
If, for example, you unexpectedly fall seriously ill or have a serious accident and are unable to attend the fair, you will receive the full ticket price including fees back.
If damage to your property stops you, you will also get your entrance fee back as well as if you miss more than half of the day of the fair because public transport is delayed by more than 2 hours.
Ticket insurance via DLG can only be booked directly during the ticket order process.
After the occurrence of an insured event, you, as the insured person, are obliged to minimize the damage and report it immediately.

Hygiene requirements
The organisation of events in times of Corona requires special hygiene protection and infection control measures. For DLG, safety and health of our customers, partners, guests and employees has top priority. As an outdoor exhibition with high service standards, DLG-Feldtage provide a very good perspective and hold optimal conditions to become a successful, safe event. You will find the hygiene concept of the DLG-Waldtage and all relevant information under > Visit > Hygiene.
General information
The next DLG Waldtage will take place from 09.09.-11.09.2022 in Lichtenau/Westphalia. The fair will be open on Friday/Saturday from 9.00 to 18.00 and on Sunday from 9.00 to 17.00.
Yes, our partners offer farm tours and can help organise them for individuals or groups. You can find more information on our website under > Visit > Farm tours.
We do not send out exhibitor lists. You will find all exhibitors in our exhibitor database on our website under > Exhibitors & Products. There you can create an individual list and also view the site plan.
No, there are no lockers or luggage storage facilities. Please keep your belongings in the car.
No, there is no possibility to book meeting rooms on the site.
There are four catering points on the exhibition grounds, each with several dining options. Please refer to the map of the grounds for the exact locations and offerings. Unfortunately, table reservations are not possible.
With an area of over 50 hectares, the exhibition grounds are too large to set up a wifi network. Please use your mobile phone network. Due to the high load on the network, outages must be expected.
Yes, dogs are permitted at the event. However, it is not advisable to take dogs onto the exhibition grounds.
