In order to ensure preventive, effective protection against the introduction and spread of African swine fever, the following protective measures, agreed upon by the authorities, apply to the DLG-Waldtage 2025:
Disinfection of vehicles/footwear
- Upon entry, the tires of all vehicles (cars, trucks, vans) must be disinfected.
- Footwear must be disinfected in the entrance and ticket office area.
- Without this measure, access to the event site is not possible.
- This is exclusively a preventive measure.
- The disinfectant used is harmless to people, vehicles, paintwork, tires, and the environment.
General rules of conduct for visitors and exhibitors
- Use the hand sanitizer provided.
- Dispose of waste (especially food waste) exclusively in the designated containers.
- Do not wear potentially contaminated clothing. (Hunters).
- Do not dispose of any food you have brought with you in the forest. This must be done using the waste containers provided.
- Dogs are only allowed on the exhibition grounds if they are kept on a leash.
- All instructions given by security personnel must be followed.
