Important information for exhibitors and visitors to the DLG-Waldtage 2025 on the subject of preventive measures against African swine fever (ASF)

In order to ensure preventive, effective protection against the introduction and spread of African swine fever, the following protective measures, agreed upon by the authorities, apply to the DLG-Waldtage 2025:

Disinfection of vehicles/footwear

• Upon entry, the tires of all vehicles (cars, trucks, vans) must be disinfected.
• Footwear must be disinfected in the entrance and ticket office area.
• Without this measure, access to the event site is not possible.
• This is exclusively a preventive measure.
• The disinfectant used is harmless to people, vehicles, paintwork, tires, and the environment.

General rules of conduct for visitors and exhibitors

• Use the hand sanitizer provided.
• Dispose of waste (especially food waste) exclusively in the designated containers.
• Do not wear potentially contaminated clothing. (Hunters).
• Do not dispose of any food you have brought with you in the forest. This must be done using the waste containers provided.
• Dogs are only allowed on the exhibition grounds if they are kept on a leash.
• All instructions given by security personnel must be followed.
